What happens if I want to return Moasure ONE for a refund?
If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied.
If you would like to return your Moasure ONE, simply keep your original product packaging and accessories, ensure the device is in sellable condition (we know you have to use it) and then get in touch with us to and return it to us within 30 days from purchase.
How is the Moasure 3D subscription billed?
The Moasure 3D subscription is not linked to your purchase of Moasure ONE. You can have a trial of Moasure 3D and there is no risk of the trial automatically charging your credit card. Once the trial is over you have the option to decide how you want to proceed. Moasure 3D is not an annual commitment and you will be able cancel anytime.
Products returned need to be returned in 'sellable' condition and with all the originally supplied packaging and accessories. If items are missing, we reserve the right to charge you for the missing or damaged packaging or accessories.
Refunds will be for the full product price paid and do not cover the original shipping charges.
We do not provide returns shipping labels or refund the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are unable to refund for items we do not receive.
