What happens if I want to return Moasure ONE for a refund?
If you’re not satisfied – we’re not satisfied.
If you would like to return your Moasure ONE, simply keep your original product packaging and accessories and ensure the device is in sellable condition (we know you have to use it). Get in touch with us to and return the product within 30 days from purchase.
How is the Moasure 3D subscription billed?
The Moasure 3D subscription is not linked to your purchase of Moasure ONE. Every Moasure ONE purchase comes with a one-month free trial of Moasure 3D which can be activated from within the Moasure companion app. There is no contract associated with the Moasure 3D trial and you're under no obligation to subscribe to the service once the trial has ended – you will not be charged after the trial ends.
After your Moasure 3D trial has ended, you have the choice of signing up for a monthly subscription of the Moasure 3D add-on. Even without Moasure 3D, you can still enjoy all the benefits of a completely new way to measure using Moasure ONE.
Every time you measure, you'll be able to see all of the measurement data on-screen using the Moasure companion app. You can also save these measurements and view them later at any time within the app.
- Products returned need to be returned in 'sellable' condition and with all the originally supplied packaging and accessories. If items are missing, we reserve the right to charge you for the missing or damaged packaging or accessories.
- Refunds will be for the full product price paid and do not cover the original shipping charges.
- We do not provide returns shipping labels or refund the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are unable to refund for items we do not receive.
- You can return your item to our USA or UK location. Addresses will be provided once your return has been authorised.
